Terms of Service

1. The service

Plan Plan lets you create planners from templates, write by hand in Notebook mode, organize tasks, goals, habits and finances, share planners and use an artificial intelligence assistant. The features available depend on your plan.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or have the authorization of a parent or guardian to use Plan Plan.
• Your account information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens in your account. If you notice unauthorized access, let us know.
• Each account is personal. For team use, use an organization workspace.

3. Free trial and free plan

Every new account starts with 7 days of access to the full plan, with no credit card. When the trial ends, if you do not subscribe, the account moves to the free plan, which lets you keep 1 editable planner and read planners shared with you. Your other planners stay saved and become editable again when you subscribe.

4. Paid plans and billing

• Prices, billing periods (monthly, semiannual, annual and triennial) and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, by card or, in Brazilian reais, by Pix Automático.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price and in the same currency, until you cancel it.
• After your first subscription, your account currency cannot be changed.
• If we change the price of a plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price only applies from the renewal after the notice.
• If a payment fails, Stripe will try to charge again. You keep access during that time; if payment does not go through, the account returns to the free plan.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel at any time on the Subscription page, in the app menu. Paid access continues until the end of the period already paid, and you will not be charged again.
• Right of withdrawal: on your first purchase of a plan, you can withdraw within 7 days of the purchase and get a full refund, as provided by article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Just write to hello@planplan.pro.
• After that period, amounts for periods already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or in case of a service failure for which we are responsible.

6. Organization workspaces

• Organizations subscribe to the annual per-seat plan, with a minimum of 10 seats, a per-seat price based on the quantity tier and a one-time setup fee.
• Each active member takes one seat. You cannot invite more members than the seats purchased.
• Organization administrators manage members, invitations, branding, custom domain and AI availability, and can see the content of the organization workspace.
• The organization is responsible for how its members use the service and for having a legal basis to include members' data.
• Each member's personal workspace remains their own, separate from the organization workspace.

7. Your content

The content you create in Plan Plan is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, display, sync, process with the AI features you use and share that content with whoever you choose, solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for the content you publish or share and confirm that you have the right to use it, including images and PDFs you import.

Plan Plan's templates, design, brand and software belong to Plan Plan. You can use the templates in your planners, but you may not copy or resell them outside the service.

8. Sharing

You can share planners by email or by link. Anyone who receives a link must sign in to Plan Plan to open it. Editing a shared planner requires a paid plan. You can revoke sharing at any time, and anyone with a calendar (iCal) link will see your tasks and dates until you change it.

9. Artificial intelligence assistant

• The assistant uses third-party models and may make mistakes, leave out information or suggest something unsuitable. Review what it proposes before applying it.
• Answers are not medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice.
• Paid plans have a monthly limit of assistant messages, shown on the pricing page. Automatic handwriting transcription does not count toward that limit.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Plan Plan for illegal activities or to store or share unlawful or offensive content or content that infringes the rights of others;
• try to access other people's accounts, workspaces or data without authorization;
• overload, probe for vulnerabilities, reverse engineer or interfere with the operation of the service;
• use bots or automated means to extract data or to consume AI features abusively;
• resell or sublicense access to Plan Plan without our authorization.

11. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Plan Plan available and your data safe, but the service may go through maintenance and failures. We recommend exporting important planners as PDF. We may improve, change or remove features; if a change removes something essential from an active paid plan, we will let you know in advance.

12. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@planplan.pro. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, after giving notice and, whenever possible, a chance to fix the situation. If an account is closed, you may request a copy of your data.

13. Liability

Plan Plan is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, or for losses caused by misuse of the account, third-party content or failures beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code grants you.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force. Significant changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 15 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
